This is a list of known active Botnet Command-and-Control Servers such as but not limited to:
Dridex
Qakbot
TrickBot
Emotet
BazarLoader

This list is vetted and updated on a daily basis to reflect only known malicious IP addresses. This way, there are less false positives which might disrupt legitimate operations when added to a block list.
